PRIVATE IN-HOME SESSIONS
Take advantage of private 1:1 yoga instruction in the comfort of your own home. This is a great way to start your journey with yoga if you are a beginner. Entering a full yoga class/studio can be intimidating for first time students. Get familiarized with the practice with individualized teaching.
thai yoga therapy
Increase fluidity and allign the systems of the body through this therapeutic form of massage. Thai Yoga Therapy uses passive stretching to leave you feeling more open, relaxed, and balanced.
private group sessions
Get your friends or family together for a group session. Plan a treat for a mom’s groups, prenatal class, daycare or kids play group. You can view group rates in the PRICING SECTION.
prenatal yoga
Your prenatal experience should be nurturing to the changes in your body and supporting to both mother and baby. Your yoga practice should be a valued aide through this process. Learn how to use modified yoga asana to encourage these changes and prepare your body for the birth experience. Prenatal yoga is also available to groups, and as an in-depth study workshop. Private 1:1 sessions are also a great way to deepen your yoga practice. Many seasoned students reach a point where they have advanced beyond the median class level. Private sessions can be a great option for receiving the personalized attention you need to acheive your advancing goals.

Nicki radiates her love of yoga in everything she does. She holds a special interest in personalizing each students practice and is passionate about helping those who can most benefit from it.
ABOUT – Nicki Byrd, RYT
Determined to heal herself after having her hip and pelvis broken in a car accident in 1996, Nicki effectively used yoga as a therapeutic tool for rehabilitation. In doing so she has made a remarkable recovery and continues to maintain a healthy body and lifestyle through dedicated practice.
Now as a yoga teacher and dedicated practitioner for over 18 years, Nicki teaches special workshops and offers private in-home Yoga. She specializes in helping student with physical restrictions, and specific therapeutic needs. Nicki also continues to study with senior Iyengar teachers to ensure she is consistently receiving education on the most current Yoga practices.

Private In Home
1 time in-home session- Standard session lasts approximately 1 hour. I encourage all students to schedule sessions during a time when they will have minimal distractions in order to make the most of this dedicated time. Please feel free to provide as much detail as desired concerning goals, physical strengths and weaknesses, or special needs.
Private In Home
weekly 1+ sessions- This price is for the students who wish to schedule regular weekly sessions. This can be just one session per week, or multiple. We will develop a regimen/therapy plan and work together to achieve your goals on an ongoing basis. *Requires a month-month commitment.
Group In Home
2+ people- $75 flat rate for a group of 2-3 students. $20 for each additional student after that. (max 15 students) *Group purchasing the package is responsible for providing a spacious in-home/outdoor environment able to accommodate the group size that they have registered.

Yoga for Youth
Yoga for Youth can be a powerful tool to help children of all ages learn relaxation methods and help ease tension and anxiety. Studies have shown that children who practice yoga present better focus on school work, and can better manage stressful situations. *Special pricing available to schools.

Workshop classes typically last for a duration of 2 hours. COST: $30 per person *minimum of 10 students must be registered. *discounted flat rate for schools, depends of group size, please inquire for more information!
